At Amour, our customers are our first priority. Please see our easy exchange policy below.

Eligibility:

Any article purchased online can be exchanged within 30 days, once the article has been delivered, given that the customer has proof of purchase.

Please note that articles purchased on discount or on sale are not eligible for exchange.

Proof of Purchase:

This includes either a picture or the online order confirmation email.

Conditions for Exchange:

Articles are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and original email is present. You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defected, in wrong size, or is incorrect. Articles that are delivered in boxes (such as Unstitched luxury products) must be returned with their original packaging

Online Exchange Process:

It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process after it has been verified.

RETURN POLICY:

If you need to return an item, please follow our return policy:

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

The item(s) must be unused and have all tags intact

Please provide proof of your order

Returns are accepted only if incorrect or damaged items were delivered

Once we receive and verify the item(s), we will issue a credit voucher of the same value which can be used for next purchase.
